  A: You need both a Spark Plug port adapter j22794 and a valve spring compressor j38606 for valve guide seal service and replacement of Valve Stem Oil Seal and valve spring. Start engine rotation till the piston reaches its highest position (TDC) to ensure the valve stays outside the cylinder. Use compressed air to cool the Spark Plug port while unscrewing it to access and clean the inside space. Separate the Spark Plug and rocker valve assembly. The Spark Plug port adapter (J22794) should go into the Spark Plug port while compressed air keeps the valves stable. Put the valve spring compressor tool j38606 on top of the valve spring and reduce its height. Pull out the valve locks and valve cap followed by the valve spring while checking the spring for breakdowns. To proceed you have to take out the valve guide seal. Position the new valve guide seal first and then add the valve spring and valve cap. Use the valve spring compressor j38606 to press the valve spring down and apply valve locks at their positions while greasing when needed. Check if the locks are seated correctly after releasing the valve spring. Before reinstalling the Rocker Arm and Spark Plug end the air pressure inside the Spark Plug port adapter (J22794).
