You must open the hood and hold it before disconnecting the washer hose from the washer pump hose at the front. Detach the Wiper Arm nut cover and the Wiper Arm nut to continue your work. Switch to the Wiper Arm puller tool part j 39637 to remove the Wiper Arm from its wiper drive position and take off the wiper strip from the wiper mount point. Press the Wiper Arm onto the shaft and insert the Wiper Blade onto the Wiper Arm at the same time. Position the Wiper Blade edge parallel to the horizontal line on the windshield screen bloc within areas a and b. Twist down the Wiper Arm nut until you reach 48 n.m (35 lb ft) while keeping the Wiper Arm steady. After installing the Wiper Arm nut cover you should reconnect the washer nozzle hose to its pump position. Check the wipers for correct movement underneath the hood before shutting it down.
