Begin by shutting off all accessories followed by setting the ignition to off position. Remove the battery negative cable from its battery connection. Before hooking up this cable to the battery you need to remove the existing corrosion from the battery terminal and Battery Cable components while ensuring proper installation. Secure the Battery Cable bolt at 17 n.m (13 lb ft). When performing power window calibration do the following sequence for each window: after setting the Ignition Switch to run you should depress the Power Window Switch until the window reaches the bottom and then maintain your hold for 3 seconds. To finish the calibration process press and hold the Power Window Switch in the up position for 3 seconds when the window reaches complete elevation.
