How to replace the LH secondary camshaft timing chain on 2006 Cadillac CTS?

To replace the left Timing Chain, first remove the spark plugs to help turn the engine over, then take the cover off the front of the engine. Next, take out the right bank Timing Chain Tensioner (Tensioner) and the right bank Timing Chain shoe (Shoe) and guide (Guide). After that, take out the right bank Timing Chain, then remove the primary Timing Chain, next take out the primary upper Timing Chain Guide (Guide), and finally the primary Timing Chain Tensioner (Tensioner). Proceed to take out the right bank camshaft chain fitting (idler). Remove the left bank camshaft intermediate drive chain idler and the left bank Timing Chain. Clean and check over all the camshaft timing drive parts and change the ones that are worn out. For installation, start by putting in the left bank Timing Chain, then the left bank camshaft chain idler. Then, put the right bank camshaft intermediate drive chain idler in place, add the primary Timing Chain, the primary upper Timing Chain Guide, and the primary Timing Chain Tensioner. Next, put in the right bank Timing Chain gear, the guide, the shoe, and the tensioner for the right side of the engine. Finally, put the spark plugs back and cover the front of the engine.
