How to service and repair the Flywheel on 2006 Chevrolet Colorado?

To service and repair the flex plate, first remove the transmission; then, remove the Flywheel bolts, which should be disposed of. Then remove the Flywheel and clean and examine it closely. For installation, place the new Flywheel onto the Crankshaft, with its attention to mount the new Flywheel bolts according to the fastener notice in the service precautions. Installation of Flywheel bolts by tightening them to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs) and turning 50 degrees with an angle meter (J 45059). Reinstall transmission.
