Remove the exhaust manifold studs if required. Ensure to install any removed exhaust manifold studs and torque them to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs. ) when installing. Then , install the exhaust crossover pipe , leaving an approximate clearance of 6.35 mm (0.25 inch) between the Thermostat Housing and the exhaust crossover pipe , and then install the exhaust crossover pipe nuts , tightening them to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.). Finally, reinstall the battery box.
