How to replace the blower motor on 2006 Chevrolet Malibu?

First take off the right closeout panel and disconnect the blower motor wire connections. Follow a straight line when cutting open the case without going too deep and using a utility knife to cut out the blower motor from its narrow lower case groove. After taking out the blower motor put its seal next before inserting the motor back in. Attach the blower motor assembly ring and tighten its screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in). Link up the blower motor cable connector and put back the right panel cover last.
