How to replace the throttle body assembly on 2006 Chevrolet Malibu?

To replace the Throttle Body assembly, onyouness off the resonator air cleaner and disconnect the Throttle Body harness plug. Then remove the Throttle Body attaching bolts and pull out the Throttle Body from the Intake Manifold. During regulation prior to installation, check the condition of the Throttle Body Gasket and exchange it in case necessary. After that, install the Throttle Body to the Intake Manifold and attach it using the attaching bolts, tightening its direction to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Next, reconnect the Throttle Body harness connector, and reintall the air cleaner resonator. Do not use any solution on the gasket material particularly methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) as it may damage the surfaces of the gasket and the fuel system parts. Clean the gasket surfaces carefully to avoid damaging them.
