How to replace the TPMS Sensor on 2006 GMC Sierra 1500?

In order to replace Tire Pressure Sensor, lift the vehicle and take off the tire/wheel assembly. Unscrew the tire off the wheel taking care not to lose the cap and valve on the sensor. Take out the tire pressure sensor nut, clean it and put the new sensor. Install the sensor and the tire again by rotating the assembly.
