How to replace the Blend Door Actuator on the right side on 2007 Buick LaCrosse?

To replace the air temperature actuator (on the right side), you need to remove first the right side insulator of the instrument panel and the I/P compartment. Next, unscrew the air temperature actuator mounting screws, remove its electrical connector and pull the actuator from the HVAC Module Assembly. In installation, the air temperature actuator is positioned with slots in electrics actuator driver in flats on the shaft and locating hole in flats on the HVAC module case. Put the actuator driver onto the shaft sliding it all the way until it sits properly against the HVAC module case and the mounting hole rest flat against the case. Install the screws to the air temperature actuator thereby tightening them to the torque of 1.5 N.m (13 lb in) reconnecting the electrical connector. Reinstall the I/P compartment and the right side I/P insulator. Lastly, adjust the calibrator as necessary.
