2007 Buick Terraza Parts Questions & Experts Answers

  • Q: How to replace the Power Steering Reservoir on 2007 Buick Terraza?
A: Start by setting the Power Steering Pump on a secure flat surface where it exposes its shaft toward the ceiling. Begin the replacement by carefully sliding the reservoir retaining clips from the Power Steering Pump assembly using a screwdriver while pointing the retaining clip tab toward the outside. Take out the Power Steering Pump reservoir from its housing before discarding the installed o-ring seal. Before putting the new o-ring seal into position on the Power Steering Pump reservoir neck you should apply power steering fluid as lubrication. Press the reservoir until the Power Steering Pump assembly fully captures the neck and verify that the reservoir feet match the housing's sides. Attach the 2 Power Steering Reservoir retaining clips by ensuring their tabs fully connect to the Power Steering Pump housing.
