  A: The replacement process of the auxiliary air conditioning Evaporator core begins by extracting the auxiliary hvac module from the vehicle after removing its seals for disposal. Freeing the auxiliary hvac module through removing screws exposes the auxiliary Evaporator that should be extracted from its module frame. Disconnect the auxiliary Evaporator pipe assembly by unplugging its bolts followed by disposal of the o-rings. When using a brand-new auxiliary Evaporator core it requires an exact measurement of pag oil which should be added straight to the component itself. Install new o-rings onto the auxiliary txv assembly before placing it on the Evaporator. Screw the auxiliary Evaporator pipe assembly bolts onto the Evaporator while torquing them to 3.5 n.m (31 lb in). Secure the auxiliary Evaporator inside its auxiliary hvac module by fastening unit assembly screws before tightening them to 1 n.m (9 lb in). New auxiliary hvac module case joint seals should be installed before reattaching the module to the vehicle body.
