How to replace the starter motor (LH2) on 2007 Cadillac SRX?

The first step for Starter motor (LH2) replacement begins with negative Battery Cable removal followed by Intake Manifold removal. First disconnect the wire from the Starter s terminal followed by removing the positive cable of the battery from the Starter. Remove all Starter motor bolts before removing the Starter engine from its position. Place the Starter motor on its designated spot on the engine before tightening Starter bolts to 30 n.m (22 lb ft). Connect the wire with its nut to the s terminal on the Starter and measure the nut tightness at 4 n.m (35 lb in). Next attach the positive Battery Cable alongside its nut to the Starter terminal after securing it to 10 n.m (89 lb in). After finishing your work you must reinstall the Intake Manifold then connect the battery negative cable.
