How to replace the Battery Cable (Negative, LH2, RHD) on 2007 Cadillac SRX?

To replace the battery negative cable (LH2 (RHD)), one should disconnect the negative Battery Cable, take off the negative Battery Cable ground bolt. Then remove the instrument panel (I/P) wiring harness electrical connector from the battery current sensor and from the negative Battery Cable electrical connector. Take off the negative Battery Cable ground bolt from the Cylinder Head and remove the negative Battery Cable from the vehicle. For installation, mount the negative Battery Cable over the vehicle and mount the ground bolt over the Cylinder Head and tighten it to 45 n.m (33 lb ft). The i/p wiring harness electrical connector is then plugged into the negative Battery Cable electrical connector and then into the battery current sensor . Lastly, hook the negative Battery Cable and fit the negative Battery Cable ground bolt, tightening it to 20 n.m (15 lb ft), and reconnecting the negative Battery Cable. At all times, implement replacement cables that are of the same type, diameter and length to the original ones, and guide the replacement cable in the same way as the original.
