Start replacement of crankcase ventilation hoses and pipes by removing the fuel injector sight shield followed by detaching the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) fresh air tube from the left camshaft cover and the air inlet. Begin by removing the pcv tube bracket bolts. Then disconnect the pcv dirty air tube from both the right camshaft cover and the Intake Manifold. Begin by mounting the pcv dirty air tube onto the Intake Manifold followed by the right camshaft cover while tightening the pcv tube bracket bolts to 10 n.m (89 lb in). The installation sequence includes connecting the fresh air tube of pcv to both the air inlet and the left camshaft cover followed by placing back the fuel injector sight shield.
