    A: The first step when replacing the positive crankcase ventilation hose/pipe/tube (LLT - Gas, 6 Cyl, 3.6L, Sidi, V6, Alum) requires removal of the fuel injector sight shield. Operating on the system begins with removing the two Intake Manifold insulator retaining pins before extracting the Intake Manifold insulator. Separate the pcv fresh air tube by disconnecting it from the left camshaft cover along with the air inlet. The pcv dirty air tube needs removal from the right camshaft cover together with the Intake Manifold. You should mount the pcv dirty air tube to the Intake Manifold before fastening it to the right camshaft cover. Connect the pcv fresh air tube by running it through the air inlet before fixing it to the left camshaft cover. Replace the Intake Manifold insulator by inserting the two pins for retention before attaching the fuel injector sight shield.
