A technician should disconnect the pcv fresh air tube from both the left camshaft cover and the air inlet. Begin replacement of the pcv system by first unscrewing those bolts that stabilize the pcv tube bracket and thereafter unclip the pcv dirty air tube from its placement on the right camshaft cover and Intake Manifold. Secure the initial installation by connecting the pcv dirty air tube to the Intake Manifold followed by the right camshaft cover while performing bolt tightening at 10 nm (89 lb in). The installation process includes placing the pcv fresh air tube onto the air inlet while securing it at the left camshaft cover followed by reinstalling the fuel injector sight shield.
