  A: The Cylinder Head attached to its intake and exhaust manifolds requires removal first along with the Oil Pan and oil suction pipe bolts to extract the oil suction pipe. Apply marker ink on the connecting rod cap at the Piston stroke bottom before removing the cap bolts and both connecting rod bearings and cap. Surface the cylinder wall with a ridge reamer while being cautious with the Piston to avoid injured by the worn-out rings. The Piston Ring expander tool allows you to expand Piston rings before removal. Clean engine oil should be used to lubricate the cylinder wall before installing the Piston through a ring compressor with wood handle assistance while guiding the lower connecting rod end to prevent crankshaft journal damage. Position the connecting rod cap and bearings correctly before torquing its bolts to 25 n.m (18 lb ft) while adjusting them with the angle meter (J 45059) by turning them 30 degrees first and following with 15 degrees more.
