How to replace the fuel pressure sensor on 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt?

The vehicle needs support at an elevated position before beginning the replacement of the fuel tank pressure sensor. The fuel tank pressure sensor requires the disconnect of its electrical connection from the evap canister harness. A small flat bladed screwdriver should be used to safely dislodge and free the fuel tank pressure sensor from its position on the evap canister. Before sealing the operation install the new fuel tank pressure sensor correct to its position on the evap canister and verify complete insertion of the sensor grommet below the canister. Lower the vehicle while connecting the evap canister harness electrical connector to the fuel tank pressure sensor.
