Start by grasping the uncoded cylinder plug with sidebar slot on the left side and the top having the three springholes. Put one tumbler spring in each of the three tumbler spring hole. Load the first tumbler at key cut position number 5 by measuring the cut depth and inserting the selected tumbler to the second slot from the front of the cylinder plug. The same procedure is repeated on key cut positions 7 and 9, so that all the tumblers are flush to the outside diameter of the cylinder plug with the correct key in position. Rotate the cylinder plug to the right side - remove the key where it is placed and replace two tumbler springs from the 4 tumbler spring holes with appropriately labeled springs.
