You should first remove the striker bolts before removing the washer then the spacer followed by the striker. Installation requires washer placement followed by the spacer before setting the striker last. The lock striker requires proper alignment during installation. Follow the Fastener Notice at all times. After correct alignment position the striker bolts before tightening them to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
