How to replace the front Fuel Filler Hose on a cab/chassis on 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 Classic?

Before starting to replace the cab/chassis filler tube the fuel system pressure needs to be relieved through CH 48027 or without using it. Remove both fuel and EVAP quick connect fittings from the rear auxiliary tank before placing fuel feed and EVAP pipe caps to prevent corruption. The first step includes loosening both the fuel fill pipe clamp and the vent pipe clamp that secure the tank before extracting the fill pipe and vent pipe from the tank while applying caps for prevention of contamination. To install the system you need to take off caps from the fuel and vent openings before putting back the fuel fill pipe and vent pipe into the tank. Tighten both the vent and fuel clamp to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in). To finish the installation process remove the caps from the fuel feed and EVAP pipes then you should reconnect the fuel and EVAP quick connect fittings when using the rear auxiliary tank according to the Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service instructions.
