How to replace the wiper arm on 2007 GMC Envoy?

Start by removing the protective cover from the wiper nut and grip the arm firmly before taking out its mounting nut. A battery terminal puller requires you to push inward at the Wiper Arm pivot to disconnect it from the Drive Shaft if rocking fails to loosen it. After removing the Wiper Arm push the Wiper Arm blade off its spindle and scrub the Drive Shaft knurls with a wire brush. First attach the Wiper Arm blade to its arm before putting the arm onto the Drive Shaft. Reverse the Wiper Blade properly over the dots in the tinted windshield area before attaching the nut at the Drive Shaft and tightening it to 30 n.m (22 lb ft). After putting the nut cover back in place use the wiper control to check if everything works right.
