    Q:
How to replace the wiper arm on Chevrolet Trailblazer? Posted by Customer
    A:
Before starting the Wiper Arm replacement process locate and record the blade position on the windshield through tape strips or pen marks. Unscrew the cover from the Wiper Arm nut to take off the nut. When the Wiper Arm fails to slide off from its position with simple rocking actions apply a battery terminal puller tool for help. When the Wiper Arm is loose unscrew it from the Drive Shaft and unmount the Wiper Arm blade from the Wiper Arm. Wash the Drive Shaft knurls with a wire brush. Fit the Wiper Blade onto the Wiper Arm before putting the Wiper Arm into position. Make sure the Wiper Arm blade lines up to the mark that you created previously on the windshield. Fit the Wiper Arm to the Drive Shaft then bolt it down using the nut until torque reaches 30 n.m (22 lb ft). Reinstall the cover to the nut followed by wiping marks and adhesive tape from the windshield before testing the wipers.

    Q:
How to replace the windshield wiper arm on GMC Envoy? Posted by Customer
    A:
You must take off the covering from the Wiper Arm nut and hold the Wiper Arm to remove the nut on a gmc envoy. Use a battery terminal puller instead when rocking does not make the Wiper Arm release from the Drive Shaft. Pressing the Wiper Arm pivot inward to unlock it from the shaft lets you take the Wiper Arm away and detach the Wiper Arm blade. Scrub away dirt from the Drive Shaft surfaces using a wire brush. First join the Wiper Arm blade to the Wiper Arm and insert the assembly onto the Drive Shaft. Install the nut over the Drive Shaft end and secure it to 30 n.m (22 lb ft) by holding the Wiper Arm blade against the windshield blackout dots. After placing the cover on top of the nut use the wipers to test if the system works correctly.
