Start by removing bolts from the Starter motor then extract the Starter motor from the vehicle. After positioning the Starter motor correctly within the socket verify that the large terminal locator tab sits inside the Starter solenoid retention slot before installing the Starter motor bolts to a torque of 25 n.m (18 lb ft). When refitting the Starter solenoid cable users must secure the "s" terminal connector with 4 n.m force before applying 10 n.m tension to the "bat" terminal connector. The procedure ends with reintroducing the Intake Manifold followed by reconnecting the negative Battery Cable.
