The right air temperature actuator replacement starts with removing the right closeout panel and instrument panel compartment. First disconnect the electrical connector for the right air temperature actuator and afterward unscrew the mounting screws to extract the actuator from its position. Use screws to position the new right air temperature actuator and tighten them to 1 N.m (9 lb in) torque. Reattach the actuator's electrical connector before reinstalling the instrument panel compartment and the right closeout panel.
