How to replace the LH Blend Door Actuator on 2009 Cadillac SRX?

The instrument panel (I/P) carrier must be removed first before starting left temperature valve actuator replacement. First remove both screws securing the left air temperature actuator and the harness screw. First disconnect the electrical connector from the actuator before pulling out the device. Follow fastener caution guidelines when putting in position the new left air temperature actuator. The harness screw requires a tightening force of 1 Nm (9 lb in) before connecting the electrical connector to the actuator. Finish by installing left air temperature actuator screws following a torque of 1 Nm (9 lb in) and reattaching the instrument panel carrier.
