How to service and repair the Blower Motor Resistor on 2009 Cadillac SRX?

Removal of the left body side trim access panel in order to replace Auxiliary Blower Motor Resistor. Unscrew the screws which hold the resistor and unsolder the electrical connector. Install the new resistor, as per the Fastener Caution instructions, screw into place, reconnect the electrical connector, and put the access panel back.
