How to replace the Auxiliary Blower Motor Resistor on 2008 Cadillac SRX?

Begin replacing the Auxiliary Blower Motor Resistor by taking out the left side panel of the car body. You can replace the Auxiliary Blower Motor Resistor by disconnecting its electrical connector followed by unscrewing and removing its mounting screws from the HVAC module. Pull the resistor out of your vehicle. Secure the new blower motor resistor using screws but tighten them only to 1 Newton meter torque. Return power to the blower motor resistor and put back the left side body panel cover.
