How to replace the Turn Signal Switch on 2008 Cadillac SRX?

Your first step to replace the turn signal multifunction switch starts with taking off the Steering Column trim covers. Adjust the Steering Column to the center and disconnect all power wires that need removal. Take off the bolts holding the turn signal multifunction switch at its base while removing the switch from the Steering Column. Place the new turn signal multifunction switch onto the Steering Column and set it according to the provided fastener notice during installation. Secure the switch with the top bolt to 3 n.m tightness and the front bolt to 7 n.m torque. Restore electrical links and put back Steering Column trim panels after completion.
