Correction of the hazard warning switch begins by removing the instrument panel (I/P) accessory trim plate. Begin by releasing the switch retaining tabs from the rear side of the center air outlet then gently remove the hazard warning switch. The new hazard warning switch should be directed toward the rear of the air outlet before pushing it into position for installation. The I/P accessory trim plate needs to be reinstalled as the last step.
