  A: The process to replace the left-side front side door window switch begins by placing the Ignition Switch into the off position. Start by removing the panels which cover the door trim. Begin by removing the retainer screws which are located at the back section of the upper trim panel then detach the upper trim from the door. The door panel procedure starts with removing the inner energy absorber and then proceeding to take out the four retaining screws from the armrest rear section and one screw from the front armrest section. First disconnect the armrest wire harness before extracting the armrest assembly while using duct tape to protect the mirror, window and applique on the door lock switch plate. Work to remove the Power Window Switch assembly from its position in the door trim panel pocket along with disconnecting the wire harness connecting to the Power Window Switch.
