How to replace the front brake line on 2008 Chevrolet Aveo?

You must lift and support the vehicle prior to beginning the brake hose replacement process. Unfasten the brake hose connections at the wheelhousing bracket and eliminate both the e-ring retainer and brake assembly from the bracket. You need to take out the brake caliper bolt and accompanying seal rings together with the brake hose. Use new seal rings to join the new brake hose to the caliper bolt before clamping the front brake hose-to-caliper bolt to 40 n.m (30 lb ft). Join the brake hose to the wheelhousing bracket through the e-ring retainer and install both components onto the bracket. Afterward attach the Brake Line to the hose and tighten it to 16 n.m (12 lb ft). Lower your vehicle and test brake fluid flow while looking for fluid leaks in the system.
