How to replace the trailing arm on 2008 Chevrolet Equinox?

First, lift and support the car to change the Trailing Arm. Reve up the tire and wheel also remove the park brake cable bolt from the trailer arm and the frame. Finally, take away the Trailing Arm bracket to body bolts, Trailing Arm Bushing to bracket nut and bolt. Finally, remove the Trailing Arm back to knuckle bolts and remove the Trailing Arm. During installation, align the Trailing Arm to the vehicle and try to install the Trailing Arm to knuckle bolts and tightening the bolts to 110 n.m (81 lb ft). The Trailing Arm bracket must be positioned to the Trailing Arm, while loosely installing the Trailing Arm Bushing to bracket nut and bolt. Mount the Trailing Arm bracket and bolt the Trailing Arm Bushing to bracket nut and bolt to 160 n.m (118 lb ft). Replace the park brake cable bolt that was removed from the Trailing Arm and the frame, install the tire and the wheel, and have the vehicle lowered.
