How to Properly Service the Secondary Air Injection Pump on 2009 Cadillac DTS?

When servicing the Air Injection Pump on the 1 st bank, place the vehicle on a lift, and loosen the retaining screws on the right front wheel well/splash shield. Reduce the shield to reach the AIR pump assembly, disconnect the hoses and electrical connectors, and take out the pump. To install, screw the pump and reconnect the parts and then lower the vehicle.
