The first step to replace the Heater Core is hvac module removal. Start by removing the heater hose bracket screw which leads to removal of the bracket. Draw the Heater Core from the hvac assembly space. Put the new Heater Core inside the hvac module after which you should add the heater hose bracket. Secure the heater hose bracket screw with 1 nm of torque while maintaining the measurement of 9 lb in. Finally, reinstall the hvac module.
