Withdraw the Heater Core from the hvac module space. The installation process requires the new Heater Core to be inserted into the hvac module after attaching the heater hose bracket. The heater hose bracket screw needs to be installed while applying 1 nm (9 lb in) torque. Finally, reinstall the hvac module.
