The first step to replace the cellular and navigation Antenna assembly requires removing the windshield garnish molding from the vehicle. To begin installation start by moving the Antenna assembly towards the passenger window while holding it close to the windshield bracket to disconnect the retaining clips. You must first remove the Antenna coaxial cable from the windshield header and afterward disconnect the coaxial leads from the Antenna Base to remove the Antenna from the vehicle. Place the Antenna assembly against the windshield before you attach its coaxial leads to the Antenna. Set the Antenna coaxial cable on the windshield header then position the Antenna assembly into windshield bracket retaining clips by pushing it towards the driver side. The windshield garnish molding becomes the last item to install.
