Lift the coolant reservoir with both hands while using the Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185) to reposition the coolant reservoir outlet hose clamp until the coolant reservoir outlet hose can be removed. Following removal of the coolant level sensor electrical connector the technician will remove the coolant reservoir. Start the installation process by installing the coolant reservoir followed by connecting the coolant level sensor electrical connector. Use Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185) to raise the coolant reservoir while you install the outlet hose and tighten the hose clamp according to the specified security process. First reinstall the underhood junction block and bracket before securing the coolant reservoir inlet hose to the coolant reservoir with Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185). Finally, fill the cooling system.
