To change the oil level indicator tube, take out the CAC outlet pipe, wire harness clips out and the vacuum hose. Removing tube bolt and tube. Apply some lubricant over the O-ring seal, place the tube, screw the bolt on, re-connect the vac hose, and replace the clips and outlet pipe.
