Detach the Starter Solenoid first by removing the positive Battery Cable terminal and next remove engine wiring harness terminal. The torque converter cover bolt and torque converter cover need to be removed. The Starter motor bolts (2, 3) must be removed before the Starter motor can be extracted from the vehicle.
