Take off the Rocker Arm assembly and Spark Plug at the start. A tdc top position helps in maintaining the valve within the cylinder during valve key removal. Install the Spark Plug port adapter (J 22794) into the Spark Plug port and use compressed air to fix the valves position. Use a valve spring compressor (J 38606) to compress the valve spring system. Take out the valve keys, valve spring cap, and valve spring keeping the spring in good condition before replacement. Take out the two components: spring seat and valve guide seal. Use appropriate hand tools to press the spring seat and valve guide seal onto the valve guide boss. Next, put in the valve spring and valve spring cap. Lower the valve spring with the valve spring compressor then apply valve keys. Use grease to fix valve keys when necessary. Set the valve keys correctly before letting go of the valve spring compressor tool (J 38606). Release the air pressure and take out the Spark Plug port adapter (J 22794) before restating the Rocker Arm and Spark Plug.
