How to replace the rear crankshaft seal on 2009 Chevrolet HHR?

You must uninstall the Flywheel before starting the replacement of the crankshaft rear oil seal. All tools used in this repair must avoid contact with the outside diameter of both the crankshaft and chamber surface. A flat-bladed tool should be used to pry out the crankshaft rear oil seal. Apply the rear main seal installer (J 42067) for installing a new crankshaft rear oil seal before reattaching the Flywheel.
