How to Replace the Secondary Air Injection Pump on 2009 GMC Canyon?

In order to change the secondary air injection pump, open the hood and remove the inlet and outlet hose fittings. Take off the engine shield and disattach the wiring harness. Take out the AIR pump nuts, drop the vehicle and re-hose where necessary. Install the new pump, replace the wiring and close the hood.
