How to replace the camshaft timing chain and sprocket on 2009 GMC Canyon?

To change the camshaft timing chain and sprocket pull out the spark plug, camshaft cover, CMP sensor and the engine front cover. Install Camshaft Holding Tool, rotate crankshaft to TDC and release tension of timing chain. Take off the actuator and sprocket, replace with the new parts making sure they are in the right place. Install the engine cover and spark plug again.
