How to replace the starter motor on 4.8L/5.3L/6.0L engines on 2009 GMC Savana 1500?

In 4.8L/5.3L/6.0L engines, to change the starter motor, then remove the negative battery cable, and lift up the vehicle. Disassemble The right transmission cover bolt (where present), unplug the oil level sensor and unscrew the starter bolts. Slide the starter forward, take out solenoid nut, and cables. To install, revert to the procedure making sure that all connections are firm.
