How to replace the rear Motor and Transmission Mount on a Tremec 5-Speed (TZ0) manual transmission on 2009 GMC Sierra 1500?

Start the replacement of the tremec 5-speed (TZ0) manual transmission rear mount by safely elevating the vehicle then stabilizing it. Remove transmission mount to crossmember nut together with transmission mount to transmission bolts. A suitable transmission jack should be used to lift the transmission until sufficient clearance exists for removing the mount before extracting the transmission mount. Begin by positioning the new transmission mount before securing the transmission mount bolts to the transmission with a torque of 50 nm (37 lb ft). Position the transmission mount to the crossmember nut before securing it tight at 40 nm (30 lb ft). Finally, lower the vehicle.
