How to replace the rear wheel bearing and hub on 2010 Cadillac CTS?

Before starting work you should lift and stabilize your vehicle then take off the tire and wheel assembly. First slide out the rear Wheel Speed Sensor and unfasten the wheel drive shaft from the Wheel Bearing/hub parts. Beat the brake rotor off the Wheel Bearing hub without touching the CV Boot at its outer end or you may harm the CV Boot. Shoving the CV Joint inward provides clearance to access and remove the mounting bolts. Use j 45859 (Axle Shaft Remover/Installer) to remove Wheel Bearing/hub assembly mounting bolts before replacing it with the tool to extract the Wheel Bearing/hub assembly from the knuckle. Put the Wheel Bearing/hub assembly inside the knuckle space and fit wheel drive axle before pre-tightening bolts manually. Screw the Wheel Bearing/hub bolts to 140 nm (103 lb ft) after installing the rear brake rotor and driving wheel shaft nut along with the Wheel Speed Sensor. Put on the tire and wheel then take away the support as you lower the vehicle.
