How to replace the cellular communications/digital radio antenna on 2010 Cadillac DTS?

Begin antenna replacement by first lowering the vehicle's headliner assembly while keeping it in place to maintain its structural integrity. First disconnect the antenna cable which connects above the AM/FM antenna module before removing the foam tape from the connection. Disconnect the digital radio antenna connectors followed by removing the antenna bolt and expansion sleeve before proceeding with the antenna's removal. When installing the digital radio antenna place it on the roof while setting the wiring pigtail to the side along the antenna shaft slot. First attach the antenna expansion sleeve but secure it with bolt by tightening it to 6 Nm torque (53 lb in). Secure antenna connectors using foam tape. First reinstall the antenna cable connection above the AM/FM antenna module followed by antenna cable hold down clip installation then reinstall the headliner assembly.
