When installing a brand new evaporator you need to directly apply the required amount of PAG(R) oil to it before putting it in place. You need to install the evaporator together with new sealing washers before fastening the evaporator air temperature sensor. The lower HVAC module case installation requires tightening its screws to 1.5 Nm (13 lb in) torque. Privatize the HVAC module assembly before completing the process.
